Don’t miss these consistently sold out women’s self defense workshops offered by Krav Maga Institute, led by our top female instructor Deanna Perez. See for yourself why these situational workshops leave attendees feeling empowered and more confident, with life saving physical and psychological skills that can be used immediately.
The STOP! Workshops are offered every other month in 2015, roughly on the last Sunday of the month, rotating through our three Bay Area locations. Each workshop is 2h15m long and covers physical and mental self defense techniques. Be prepared for physical activity, but you can wear street clothes if you prefer. No protective gear is required. Note that for cleanliness reasons, no street shoes are allowed on our training mats — you can train in socks or bare feet if you do not have dedicated indoor-only training shoes.

New for 2015: We are offering one hour Striking Clinics immediately prior to each workshop. Krav Maga is a striking system, and these Striking Clinics will help to refine your striking techniques. You will then reinforce the striking techniques during the following workshop, while applying them directly to the scenario featured that day. For women only. $20 if taken alone, $10 if taken with the STOP! Workshop offered the same day. Click here to register for the Striking Clinic only ($20).
The Striking Clinic will be held from 1pm-2pm on the same day as the workshop.
The minimum age to participate is 13 years old with mandatory Striking Clinic if younger than age 15.
