SPEC Morning Bootcamp Begins in Oakland!

This 6-week program with our own Alexandra Lowe focuses on progressing through exercises to enhance Krav Maga and fighting performance, improve strength, speed, power, and cardiovascular conditioning.

For members and non-members alike, this program was developed to meet the common request for a morning cardio training opportunity.
The program will run for 6 weeks beginning January 11th, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings at 6:30AM. Register now to save your spot!
