This workshop will equip you with practical techniques to defend yourself from ground attacks. You’ll gain confidence through physical training and scenario-based drills, all while being guided by a passionate coach and trainer.
Tosca is a certified Krav Maga instructor with additional training in Boxing, Muay Thai, and Jiu Jitsu. As a mother who discovered Krav Maga after seeking self-defense training, she understands the desire for both physical and mental empowerment.
