An Exciting New Chapter for Our San Francisco Krav Maga Community

Dear Tactica Krav Maga San Francisco Students,

After many incredible years leading this school and training alongside you, I want to share some important news. As of January 31, 2025, Micha Hershman will take over as the new owner, and our school will move forward as Forge Krav Maga.

This transition is a natural evolution, and I couldn’t be more confident in Micha’s leadership. He’s been training in Krav Maga for 14 years—most of them with me at Tactica. As one of the senior students in our system, he has built exceptional skills and demonstrated the passion and dedication that make our community what it is. I know he will carry forward the core values and high standards that have defined our training.

While I am stepping back from day-to-day operations, I am not stepping away from this community. I plan to continue teaching workshops and seminars throughout the year and will remain deeply connected to you and to the school. Micha and I share a vision: to preserve the integrity of our training while making thoughtful improvements that strengthen the school for years to come.

You’ll see some exciting changes in the coming months, including facility enhancements and expanded seminar offerings. Membership pricing will remain the same for current students, though there will be a modest increase for new members after the transition.

Important note: As part of the transition, we are updating our MindBody system. Expect an email from MindBody asking you to verify your membership with Forge Krav Maga. While we’re working hard to ensure a smooth process, there may be some hiccups along the way. If you experience any issues with memberships, payments, or class registrations, please be patient and reach out to Micha at forgekravmaga@gmail.com or talk to him in class.

Micha will be your main point of contact moving forward, and I encourage you to connect with him if you have any questions or feedback. You can also connect with Forge Krav Maga at forgekravmaga.com and on Instagram at forgekravmagasanfrancisco .

It has been an honor to train, teach, and grow with each of you. Thank you for your trust, commitment, and the countless memories we’ve built together. I look forward to seeing this school continue to thrive under Micha’s leadership and to training with you all in the years ahead.

All the best,
Dany Zelig

So that one may walk in peace.
