This November 1st Krav Maga Institute will offer another chance for you to learn ITPS basics, brush up on technique, and refresh muscle memory from previous Israeli Tactical Point Shooting courses.
ITPS is the Israeli method of Tactical Point Shooting. ITPS is the shooting style of all armed branches of the Israeli security forces: Yamam (special counter-terrorism unit), Shin-Bet (security service unit), elite IDF units including the Lotar Eilat, Israeli National Police, and other intelligence and counter terrorism units.
ITPS is regarded as a tactical response and incorporates all necessary progressive battlefield tactical thinking molded into a set of instinctive actions and reactions. It is different from other combat techniques and is based on actual performance. ITPS is practiced and perfected during daily performance by its core users.
During this one day introductory course run by ITPS instructor Jeremy Brown, the trainee will be presented with the best features used in the Israeli handgun combat system. Trainees will learn fundamentals of urban fighting, various concealed carry conditions, good peripheral vision, employment of lethal option tactics against multiple threats, shooting with one and two hands and progressing to advanced close combat fighting techniques.
Jeremy Brown is a certified NRA pistol instructor and experienced ITPS instructor, certified directly by Kfir Cohen.
