STOP! Women’s Self Defense: Home Invasion

Don’t miss these consistently sold out women’s self defense workshops offered by Tactica Krav Maga Institute, led by Tosca Necoechea.

See for yourself why these situational workshops leave attendees feeling empowered and more confident, with life saving physical and psychological skills that can be used immediately. Each workshop is two hours long and covers physical and mental self defense techniques. Be prepared for physical activity, but you can wear street clothes if you prefer. No protective gear is required.
