STOP! Women’s Self Defense: Home Invasion Part 2 (SC)

Fortify your home, fortify your family: Women’s self-defense for a safe haven
On Saturday, October 19th, join us for “Home Invasion Part 2: A Family Safety Plan,” a practical workshop designed to empower families to work together and create a comprehensive plan to safeguard your home and loved ones.
Whether you live alone or have a family, feeling secure in your own home is essential. This workshop builds upon the foundation of “Part 1,” empowering you to go beyond individual self-defense and establish a collaborative family safety strategy.
In this workshop, you’ll learn:
  • Effective communication strategies: Foster open communication within your family to discuss potential threats and establish clear action plans.
  • Collaborative home security measures: Involve all family members in securing your home, ensuring everyone feels empowered and responsible for creating a safe environment.
  • Practice your family safety plan: Participate in practical drills and scenarios to solidify your plan and build confidence in your family’s ability to respond effectively to potential threats.
While both workshops are valuable, taking “Home Invasion Part 1” is highly recommended to gain a foundational understanding of self-defense principles.
Led by Tosca, a certified Krav Maga instructor with diverse martial arts experience and a mother herself, you’ll gain practical knowledge through targeted drills and expert guidance that considers the unique needs of families. For Tosca, self-defense is more than just fighting; it’s about building a strong support system, fostering open communication, and empowering everyone to work together to create a safe and secure home environment.
Unleash your inner strength. You are braver than you think. Register today and take the first step towards creating a safe and secure haven for your family. Space is limited to 21 participants, so don’t delay!
